Më 5 prill 2023, në ambientet e Bashkisë Resnjë, u mbajt takimi i dytë i punës, jashtë planit, për zhvillimin e një plani veprimi ndërkufitar për menaxhimin e sistemeve online, shkëmbimin e informacionit për Impiantet e Trajtimit të Ujrave të Zeza në Bashkinë Resnjës dhe Bashkinë Devoll.
Në takimin e punës morën pjesë përfaqësues nga të dyja bashkitë dhe ndërmarrjet e shërbimeve nga këto bashki. Të dy grupet prezantuan mendimet e tyre në lidhje me mbrojtjen e liqenit, diskutuan për përditësimin e planit të veprimit dhe gjetjen e zgjidhjeve në aspektin e institucioneve, grupeve të synuara dhe afatit kohor. Gjatë zhvillimit të planit të veprimit në takimin e dytë, ekspertët organizuan punën e tyre efikase në grupe pune. Në këtë takim, ku u prezantuan informacione të reja për gjëndjen aktuale të liqenit, ishte i pranishëm dhe përfaqësuesi i Delegacionit të BE-së, Z. Davide Bixio. Në të ardhmen do të zhvillohen edhe 2 takime të tjera ndërmjet ekipeve të Bashkisë Resnjë dhe Bashkisë Devoll, ku plani i veprimit do të përditësohet sipas strukturës së këtij takimi pune. Ky takim u realizua në kuadër të projektit “Parandalimi i rreziqeve për praktikat e qëndrueshme mjedisore për prodhuesit agro-PRESPA” si pjesë e programit të bashkëpunimit ndërkufitar ndërmjet Maqedonisë së Veriut dhe Shqipërisë, financuar nga Bashkimi Evropian, dhe zbatohet nga Qëndra për Iniciativë Qytetare Prilep, Bashkia Resnjë, Organizata për Menaxhimin e Destinacioneve Korçë dhe Bashkia Devoll.
Second workshop for the development of a cross-border action plan in Resen
On 5 April 2023, in the premises of the Municipality of Resen, the second workshop was held out of the planned for the development of a cross-border action plan for managing the online systems, exchange of information of WWTP in Municipality of Resen and Municipality of Devoll.
The workshop was attended by representatives from both municipalities and the utility companies from these municipalities and they presented their opinions regarding the protection of the lake, discussed about updating the action plan and finding solutions in terms of institutions, target groups and timeframe.
During the development of the action plan on the second workshop, the experts organized their efficient work in working groups. A representative of the EU Delegation, Davide Bixio, was also present at this workshop where new information about the current situation of the lake was presented.
In future, 2 more such meetings will be held between the teams from the Municipality of Resen and the Municipality of Devoll, where the action plan will be updated according to the structure of this workshop.
This workshop was realized within the project “Prevention of risks for environmental sustainable practices for agro producers – PRESPA” as part of the cross-border cooperation programme between North Macedonia and Albania funded by the European Union, and is implemented by the Center for Civic initiative Prilep, Municipality of Resen, Organization for Management of Destinations Korča and Municipality of Devoll.
